Dr. Elena Kurz works with several insurance companies to help you pay for your dental needs. Kurz Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is in-network with most PPOs. We accept Medicare, though we do not accept HMO or DMO at this time. Insurances our dentist accepts include:

To serve our patients' needs, our practice offers affordable financing through LendingClub and we offer a discount plan in office. We strive to provide affordable dental services that fix your needs, lifestyle, and budget!

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
